Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is the facility air conditioned?

Yes! All indoor spaces are heated and cooled.

Q: How many chairs do you have and will we need to move them from one space to another?

We have 200 indoor and 200 outdoor chairs so there should not be a need to move any chairs. If it were necessary to relocate any chairs or tables we would do that for you at your request.

Q: If we are having a Saturday wedding when can we decorate ?

The facility will be set-up and ready for you or your vendors by noon on Friday. 

Q: Who sets up the tables and chairs for our event?

We do the positioning of tables and chairs for your event as you have instructed us. We are also responsible for cleaning and rearranging after the event. You simply remove anything belonging to you.

Q: Can we bring our own food or choose any caterer? Do you have a kitchen?

Yes, you may bring food or have any caterer you like. We do not provide or arrange any food or beverages. There is a prep area in Flutter Hall with sink, microwave, refrigerator, ice maker and freezer. There is not a full kitchen available. We provide 15 bags of ice.

Q: Do you allow fireworks or sparklers?

We do not allow fireworks. Sparklers may be used briefly on the patio or the gravel drive only. 

Q: Are we allowed to have yard games if we bring them?

 Yes absolutely. We are all about fun and customization of your event. 

Q: Is there a space for rehearsal dinner?

 No not at this time. There are several good restaurants in nearby Glen Rose.
